There is a 2 night minimum on all RV and Tent sites during the weekend (Friday and Saturday Night)
There is a 3 night minimum on all Holiday Weekends(Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
Saturday arrivals and departures are not allowed

Winter Season (Closed Season) Non-Public Availability:   (These reservations are not available to the general public) 
$2900 / Month per site 
Winter Season or Closed Season availability is restricted to construction workers / contractors / non-public personnel, etc, with formal approval to access beyond the locked gate at Dinkey Creek.  Winter Season availability may or may not be available at all, and is only available with advanced approval from Wishon Village Inc.  Closed Season is defined as mid-October through mid-May, dates can vary depending on our opening and closing dates for the summer season.
Monthly rate only.  No nightly or weekly rates, regardless of the length of stay.  Monthly rate is subject to change at any time at our discretion.  Snow removal is not included and is required.  Conditions of snow removal must be approved by Wishon Village, Inc.  Full hook-up site included, sewer, water, and power.  WiFi is a 3rd party corporation and may or may not be available for an added fee.  Public restrooms, general store, propane, and laundry are not available.

Year-Round Rates are as follows:
Winter Season (Closed Season):  Rates and conditions for approval are listed above for all months stayed while we are closed to the public. 
Open Season:  Occupying the campground during our open season is triple the weekly rate available to the public.

Additional Fine Print for Either Availability Listed Above:
Damages to campground facilities and infrastructure are the sole added responsibility of the corporation or individual at fault for the damage.
Damages to any personal property either due to natural elements or otherwise, are the responsibility of the owner or renter of the property.
Added expenses for any necessary repairs may also be required due to added wear and tear to the campground property.  For example, snow removal equipment can tear up and crack our paved roads.
The use of plug-in space heaters are not allowed.
Propane for heat is the responsibility of the individual or corporation renting our sites.  Suburban Propane can assist in setting up tanks for the winter.
